Yesterday was Ramanujan's birthday and I perhaps forcibly made a clue related to it, and it ended up with no one solving it.

Its solution: DIVERGENT = DINT + VERGE
DINT = indentation (made by a force), also dent
VERGE = border
DIVERGENT is used in contrast to CONVERGENT, and refers to an infinite sequence (or series) of numbers that has no limit, that is, it has shows no tendency to go towards any focus (as used in optics, convergent/divergent rays of light)
So the sequence of fractions 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 4/5, ... is convergent and is tending towards the number 1 as its limit.
But the infinite sequence 5,15,25,35,45, .... is divergent.
Easily one can see 1+2+3+4+... is also divergent.
But Ramanujan, as the man who knew infinity, showed a weird way to see the sum is the negative number -1/12.
