Yesterday's clue:

Don swapped carbon and fluorine in a computer part (9)

Its solution: PROFESSOR = processor - C + F

C, F = Carbon and Fluorine

Don = professor

Being a professor, I had to be a processor of a huge bundle of answer papers so that results can be declared for the semester examinations held earlier in May in time. Had I delayed that, it would have been terrible --- I was given a deal that was too good to be refused! So I delayed this udhirivedi results.
