Solution: PREMISE = PREM + IS + E
PREM = Love in Hindi (in Delhi)
E = false, finaly
PREMISE = a supposition assumed to be true at the start of a discussion (in a logical argument, in a court of law)
Ok, I have now exhausted nearly half of my Hindi knowledge, so no more Delhi business!

If you have said Sanskrit instead of Delhi, I would have guessed (perhaps) as I was thinking of pyar and not prem (Sanskrit ☺️)
