Alas, it turned out to be a faulty clue as pointed out in the comments by Ramki Krishnan. It was meant to be PIEC + M + CABLE
The extra e in piece is the trouble. I missed an epic chance to form a better, or rather, a faultless, clue. As I have time only to set right one error (in Udhrtivedi) I promise to make up with a different one tomorrow. Thanks for tolerating me.
